To all EQX team members:

First things first...  there might have been an error with the mailing list where a few of the guys were not registered correctly, therefore weren't getting the e-mails. If when you registered, and did NOT get the final "Welcome to Equinox Rugby..." e-mail, then it didn't register correctly, and you're registration will need to be deleted and recreated. Please let Wally know if you are not getting any of the team e-mails.

Secondly... Tim posted a few things that are necessary prior to playing this season, and they need to be taken care of ASAP!

1. Turn in completed EQX Registration Form by 1st practice. Registration form can be downloaded HERE
2. Print, sign and turn in EQX Liability Waiver by 1st practice. http://www.usarugby.org/media/EDocs/Waiver.pdf
3. Pay Dues - by 8/14
4. Register with USA Rugby for the 08-09 season. https://membership.usarugby.org/default.aspx 
5. Submit an electronic picture (head and shoulders) and a brief (25 word) rugby bio to tfolley@equinoxrugby.com

Finally...  It has been requested, that if you are NOT going to make any practice for any reason, PLEASE send an e-mail and let the rest of the team know.

Please keep checking this page for any team specific items, such as bus schedules, meetings, event info, etc...
